Hello Sanctos (Quasimodo van de Molendreef x Nabab de Reve) and Scott Brash have won the Grand Prix of Wellington during the 13th week of the WEF in Wellington, Florida.
A 1.40m class against the clock was won by Absie (Corland x Heartbreaker) and Andrew Ramsay.
Alpha VDL (Corland x Emilion) and his rider Darragh Kenny placed 3rd in the 1.45m class last week. Zippo CG (Hold Up Premier x Quinar) and his rider Manuel Espinosa placed 5th.
Both horses were sold in auctions by the VDL Stud: Last year Alpha VDL was the topseller in the WEF Sport Horse Auction and Zippo CG was sold as a 3 year old in the El Cortijo auction in Guatemala.
