The KWPN approved stallion Vittorio caused a furore in show jumping ridden by Pieter Keunen and Tim van den Oetelaar. The stallion competed internationally at 1.50m level. Vittorio won several international prizes, including a second place in the Grand Prix of Zelhem and Asten with Pieter Keunen. Under Tim van den Oetelaar, Vittorio took part in Nations Cup for junior riders in Reims in 2012, where the Dutch team won the final. In the Grand Prix the combination was second individually.
He has three approved sons: the KWPN approved George, the vice champion of the KWPN in 2013: Fandango HX, and the Grand Prix level performing Don Diablo HX. Last mentioned won together with Michel Hendrix the 1.50m Grand Prix at the KWPN Stallion Show in 2018. Other successful offspring of Vittorio are the on 1.50/1.60m level performing Dittorio-S (Alaa Mayssara), Coupe de Foudre V (Valeria Sokolova), Barcelona (Harry Marshall) and Dakota (Gaj Riossa).
Like Vittorio himself, his offspring are uncomplicated and cooperative, jumping with good reflexes and have a great deal of carefulness. Besides that, they are having fantastic riding qualities. Already 13 offspring of Vittorio were sold at the Dutch Sport Horse Sales, which together realised the incredible amount of € 969,000. The Calippo son Vittorio is bred out of a 50% Thoroughbred dam and can be used as a refiner.
