Three foal shows took place on our stables on Wednesday and Thursday. It started on Wednesday afternoon with the jumping foals of the Oldenburg International Breeding Association. The offspring evaluations of the stallions Stakkato Cornet and Chatendro. Eight foals were honoured with the title "Elite Foal" and three of them received an invitation to the auction. 29 foals received the foal premium.

On Thursday, the day started in the late morning with the Hanoverian foal show. About 20 foals came to Lemwerder. Two offspring of our station stallions came out on top of the field of participants.

The winning foal of the dressage foals was sired by Federer out of Q Sieben by Quaterhall - De Niro and bred by Eibe von Holten.

A filly by Cador out of Kapriole TI by Karajan - Contendro I received the gold ribbon in the jumping foals. 

The foal's breeder is Hannoveranerzucht Bremen GbR, who immediately headed to the insemination centre with the stud fee voucher in their pockets to repeat the successful combination.

In the afternoon, the Oldenburg dressage offspring continued in a delightful atmosphere. Only a short rain shower came down in Lemwerder and the predicted thunderstorm fortunately passed us by. Among the OL foals, 4 foals were also able to shine with the Elite Foal Award and 31 were awarded a premium. Two foals were also invited to the auction.
